Abdul Gaffar Billoo
Abdul Ghaffar Billoo ((ウルドゥー語:عبد الغفار بلّو) born 14 January 1937) is known Pakistani paediatric endocrinologist at the Aga Khan University (AKU) where he serve as professor of clinical paediatrics.〔(Aga Khan University Profile )〕 He was awarded with Sitara-i-Imtiaz for public services the most prestigious civilian award by then-President of Pakistan General Pervez Musharraf in March 2007.〔 He founded HANDS International a Nonprofit organisation in Pakistan which has been working since 1975.〔(Nearly 72% of girls in Sindh get married before they turn 18 Retrieved The Express Tribune, January 22, 2013 )〕
